Everything about beekeeping is humbling. It truly is like working with a wild animal, and although I’ve learned a great deal thus far, I have a long way to go before I would claim any mastery over beekeeping.

I’ve been encouraged and inspired by all of your interest in this little journey that we are on. I think the most humbling thing has been your generous outreach and support for this process. I started out just wanting to learn, but this has blossomed into the potential for a small business. From your blog subscriptions, to your questions and engagement on social media, it's been an honor so far to have you on this journey.  Your kind donations have funded a new queen (watch out for that video), an uncapping knife and oxalic acid to keep the veroa mites at bay. They will continue to open new possibilities for us to expand the hives and offer exciting new content and products.
